NuHarmony™ Wild Yam Cream with natural progesterone ( 2 oz. jar) contains: Aloe Vera gel, Wild Yam Extract (diosgenin), Progesterone (5 mg./oz.), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Black Cohosh (root), Ginseng (root), Chamomile (flower), skin emollients, with a natural scent that should not interfere with other fragrances.
 Suggested use: Massage ¼ to ½ teaspoon of cream into skin until it is noticeably absorbed. Apply topically to softer, thinner skin regions such as neck, chest, buttocks, inner thighs, inner arms; to skin that can blush.
Caution: Before using cream as a moisturizer, determine if facial skin is sensitive by applying a small amount. May be used daily; not to exceed 2 oz. per month.
Note: May be used as a night cream, a day cream or both depending on your special needs.
